No. It is guidance based on the selections you provide. SUYD confirms the final value after inspecting the exact model, storage, condition, account status, IMEI or serial number, and included accessories.
What devices does SUYD buy?
We consider phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers and iMacs, smartwatches, and gaming systems. Working, worn, and damaged devices may qualify, although damaged items usually receive a lower parts-based value.
What is the difference between cash and SUYD credit?
After inspection, you may choose cash or receive 22% more as SUYD credit. Credit can be applied toward a device purchase, repair service, or gift certificate.
What must be removed before trade-in?
The device must be fully paid off, have a clean IMEI or serial number, and be removed from all personal accounts, activation locks, and device-management profiles before the trade can be completed.
What should iPhone owners know about Stolen Device Protection?
Apple's current path is Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode) > Stolen Device Protection. Turn it off before visiting or shipping the phone. A Security Delay may apply away from a familiar location or when protection is set to Always.
Can I visit locally or ship my device?
Yes. Bring the estimate to our local iTech facility in St. Augustine or choose the ship-in option. Shipped devices are inspected after arrival before a final offer is confirmed.
What affects the final value?
Model, storage, carrier or connectivity, physical and functional condition, battery health, account status, included controllers or cables, and current resale-market pricing can all affect the final amount.
How should I prepare my data?
Back up anything you need before the trade. Be prepared to sign out and erase the device after the offer is accepted. Never include account passwords in a shipment or quote note.
